FAQs

  • I offer individual therapy sessions:

    • Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9AM-3PM

    • Wednesdays: 11AM-7PM

    • Saturdays: 9AM-12PM

Evening and weekend hours are reserved for students and those individuals who are unable to accommodate a daytime appointment. If you can come during week hours, it greatly helps those who are unable to adapt their schedules.

  • Click here. If you are a new client, I like to do a 10-15 minute consultation to make sure we are a good fit! Should go to contact page

  • This free 15-minute phone or video consultation gives us a chance to connect before starting therapy. It’s an opportunity for you to share a bit about what brings you in, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for how I work. I’ll also use this time to make sure my background and specialties are the right match for your needs, so you can move forward with confidence.

  • I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and provide Superbills for those of you with other insurance providers.

  • If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide you with a Superbill, which is like an itemized receipt for therapy. Here’s how it works:

You pay me directly for each session.

At the end of the month, I’ll give you a superbill with all the information your insurance company needs.

You submit it to your insurance (usually online or by mail).

If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance may reimburse you for part of the cost.

Reimbursement depends on your specific plan, so I always recommend calling your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage.

  • I charge $200/session for 55-minute sessions.

  • I do not work with:

    • Court-Mandated Therapy

    • Crisis Response/24-Hour Services

    • Active Addiction and Substance Use

    • People who actively have suicidal or homicidal intents and plans
